5. Web & Digital Technologies

Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to collect anonymised traffic statistics. We have configured Google Analytics in privacy-preserving mode:

  • IP anonymisation is enabled — full IP addresses are never stored
  • No cross-site tracking or advertising features are used
  • No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics

Cookies

Our website may use essential cookies required for basic functionality. No tracking cookies or advertising cookies are used.

No Targeted Advertising

We do not use pixels, web beacons, geolocation tracking, or any tools for targeted advertising. Google Analytics is used solely for aggregate traffic analysis in anonymised mode.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. Retention Schedules

  • Client and project data — retained for the duration of the engagement plus any contractually required period
  • Billing and financial data — 10 years (French legal requirement)
  • Business communications — retained for the duration of the business relationship
  • Website analytics — 26 months (Google Analytics default, anonymised)

Data is securely deleted when the applicable retention period expires.

Some of our service providers are located outside the EU/EEA (notably Microsoft and Google in the US). All transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, ensuring adequate protection of your personal data.
